This has been an ongoing project between photographer Sara Orme and Always Sometimes Anytime, who has been recruiting stylists and writers to explore the idea of Freedom as laid out in Jonathan Franzen's incredible 2010 novel.
We shot first in the beautiful Kare Kare at the start of the year, then went to the Coromandel and stayed at the lovely Megan Christiansen's bach (who is also the videographer behind the exceptional clips that accompany the stills) and have just shot Freedom Three in Rotorua which will be up online very soon.
The above images are a conglomeration of Freedom One and Two.
